The 麻豆社 Community College Institutional Effectiveness team administers processes whereby the college engages in ongoing self-evaluation in order to measure achievements and outcomes as they relate to 麻豆社's mission.
The department is responsible for facilitation and support processes involving Process Improvement, Institutional Research, Strategic Planning, and Accreditation.
The culture of Institutional Effectiveness at 麻豆社 is one of collaboration while holding each other mutually accountable toward goal achievement as we strive to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve to the benefit of 麻豆社 students and community partners.

麻豆社's Institutional Research office works to develop data that informs decisions that advance the college’s goals through the collaborative creation and stewardship of knowledge.
